Jenny Harkleroad is a realtor with RE/MAX United. Her and her team specialize in helping buyers and sellers in San Diego County and also have access to homes in Riverside as well.  Jenny lives in Escondido and has lived in North County (Encinitas, Carlsbad, Escondido, San Marcos and Valley Center) since she was 4 years old. Jenny has been married for 16 years and has 3 daughters and 1 son.  Jenny enjoys sailing with her family, going to the gym with friends, playing the flute, going to church and attending her kids sporting events and dance recitals.  Jenny especially enjoys helping her family and friend buy and sell homes.  She likes giving her clients that piece of mind that she will do a terrific job and make the whole process as smooth as possible for them.  Jenny also sells a lot of foreclosures and short sales and enjoys helping sellers and banks get out of tough situations.  Jenny works extremely hard and always follows though.  If she says she will do something it will be done. 

Carol Black, realtor, started her sales career with RE/MAX United in 2005, and joined Jenny Harkleroad & Associates in 2008.  Working with Jenny’s team has been an important step enabling Carol’s clients to benefit from the whole teams efforts and experiences.  She lives in Escondido, CA, with her family, and enjoys art, tennis, nature, and volunteering in the Adult Literacy Program at the Escondido library teaching adults to read and write. She continues helping others by working in real estate throughout San Diego County, specializing in North County, with buyers and sellers. Carol’s work is all about you, her clients, who she begins her lasting relationship with by giving you information on the whole process you are about to embark on from start to finish. She is very approachable and sincere and will keep you informed and updated with each step of the transaction.  Abiding by the Dept. of Real Estate Code of Ethics and working by the Golden Rule (“Treat all others as you would like to be treated”) she carefully negotiates and protects your interests so that throughout the transaction process you are as stress free as possible. Carol holds great pride in giving her clients the best possible care, working with integrity and honesty always.

While Janet Little is new to Remax she is not new to real estate.  She has been putting her knowledge, motivation, determination, and genuine caring personality to work in real estate since 1993, when she first became a licensed realtor.  Janet is a true native of San Diego, born and raised in East County and  now currently resides in 4s Ranch a new community in San Diego.  Janet has diverse real estate background from title, escrow, investor 1031 exchanges, real estate management and insurance knowledge, she brings much sought  after education and experience to the her clients that she represents.  A graduate of the University of Redlands, Janet majored in business and marketing and has combined that expertise with her passion for finding her clients the perfect home. She is skilled in the art of negotiation and weaves her talents artfully in working with buyers and sellers.  Outside of real estate she enjoys her family, bike riding and attending church at Community Bible Church and teaching in the children ministries.
